How to find outliers that'll 10x your channel overnight

Our process for researching winning ideas

“Steal like an artist.”

If I had a nickel for every time I heard someone use this expression, I would not be running a content agency right now.

While there is definitely some truth to this overused cliche, the core issue is that most people don’t know HOW to steal like an artist.

They rip other people’s titles word for word, only to get 1/10th of the views…

They whip their thumbnail designers to get the design EXACTLY looking like Iman’s, only to see a 3.2% CTR…

And they use AI to recreate the script, only for the delivery to sound robotic.

It’s because people don’t want to explore nuance.

Nuance is confusing.

Nuance requires extra time, attention, and research to understand.

But nuance is exactly what separates the “breakout” creators that look like they’re blowing up overnight from the hundreds of other wannabe YouTubers. 

After working with clients in every niche imaginable and STILL doing it on a daily basis, I’d like to say I have a pretty good understanding of it.

Not just understanding that we should “look at winning videos…”

But actually grasping WHY those winners are winners.

I just made a video breaking down our process for not only identifying outlier videos, but actually discerning why these videos are successful and how to replicate them.
