How to book qualified calls for <$10
Hint: YouTube helps a lot
So far this month, we’ve helped a client book qualified calls for their high-ticket coaching offer for less than $10 a pop.
If you don’t believe me, here’s a screenshot:

$2.92 for calls from cold traffic, $6.99 for “qualified calls” from cold traffic (prospects that meet Typeform requirements to book a call)
In fact we’re getting CHEAPER calls by $0.23 compared to last month.
This probably comes as a surprise as everyone is complaining about abnormally high ad costs with what’s happening in the economy right now.
So what are we doing different?
How are we bucking the trend?
What’s the “secret sauce” here?
It actually has nothing to do with the ads.
It’s all about what we’e doing outside of the ads:
YouTube.
Even though this client only has a few thousand subscribers, the videos we’ve published for him help convert these “cold leads” into the equivalent of someone who’s already been a long-time fan.
This means on his ads he’s seeing:
A decrease in cost per call because of organic presence in the industry (recognized as an authority figure)
An increase an show rate
An increase in close rate
An increase in cash collected per call (warm lead if more likely to PIF if they have the means because of buy-in)
Which ultimately leads to more profitable ads.
If you want to replicate this, give this strategy a try:
1) Feed sales call recordings (successful and unsuccessful) and client onboarding data to AI and prompt it with:
You are a highly-trained sales consultant that helps companies pre-handle common objections, questions, and concerns through relevant sales assets and YouTube videos. Based on the call recordings and onboarding information attached, provide me with the following:
The biggest limiting beliefs that prevent someone from starting this business model
The most frequent objections
What pushed prospects over the edge to join
If applicable, what specific content they consumed that brought them onto this call today
And then based on these responses, provide me with the following:
YouTube videos I should create to address the highest priority objections/concerns
Specific language to include in my scripts to provide reassurance around certain fears
2) Create a set of informative YouTube videos based on suggestions from the AI.
Think of these videos as your "library of trust assets” and don’t worry about going viral.
Just focus on creating videos that you KNOW will bridge gap between "cold viewer" and "buyer" and eliminate skepticism.
These videos can generally be categorized into:
Top of funnel (awareness builders)
Middle of funnel (broad tutorials)
Bottom of funnel (hyper-specific tutorials)
3) On your post-call thank you page, set the thank you page video as an unlisted YouTube video.
YouTube will tag anyone who watches that video and retarget them with your organic videos (browse page, suggested videos) next time they go on the platform.
Prospects will feel like they’re being served these videos “organically” so they’ll be more inclined to watching them as opposed to you shoving them down their throats.
While not everyone is going to binge your YouTube videos…
Even if ~25% of your cold prospects consume this content, this can MASSIVELY improve your profitability on ads because of the extra trust established.
So if you’re running ads and not also leveraging YouTube…
Wyd!?!?!?
