He gets 952 views a video, but he's printing

Why "small" channels are actually goated

Last month we helped a client add an extra $70,800 in cash collected from their YouTube channel.

Meanwhile, the last 4 videos we created for this client had an average of 952 views.

“B-but… aren’t you guys supposed to be a YouTube agency?”

Yes.

Yes we are.

But unlike most “YouTube strategists” we aren’t concerned with raw channel performance.

AdSense money doesn’t move the needle for us or our clients.

What DOES matter is conversions.

Of the audience consuming our clients’ content, what % are becoming customers?

This is a question most people never ask themselves.

As a result, their conversions don’t scale with more views…

Because they never had a foundation to begin with.

A classic example of this is the person who averages ~2k-5k views on NON-TARGETED videos that thinks they need to “get better at YouTube” or “get more subscribers…”

When truthfully their base is just awful.

They’re likely:

A) Making content that’s too broad to even get the attention of their ICP (got psyopped by YouTube gurus telling them to “copy viral videos”)

B) Not tracking conversions from YouTube and don’t know how well their videos are converting to calls/sales

At that point, what’s the point of trying to optimize their titles/thumbnails for “more views…”

Using a nice looking backdrop for filming…

Retention hacking…

Or anything else?

NOTHING and I mean nothing is more important than content market fit.

It’s why we’re able to generate some of our clients and additional 6-figures+ a month in PROFIT on what most people would call “small” channels…

And the main reason clients stay with us (and will come back after trying to do it themselves).

We’re just obsessed with making videos that actually resonate with the type of customer they’re trying to attract.

If you’re looking to make more money from YouTube, I suggest you do the same.
